My Approach
As an experienced trainer and educator, I am driven by a passion to ensuring all students and participants walk away with, not just new learnings, but shifts in their thinking to develop new perspectives. I am also deeply conscious of the need to utilize a diverse range of training techniques to accommodate differing learning styles. By incorporating animated PowerPoint slides and audio-visual tools, I create an interactive environment where all attendees are actively encouraged to contribute their inputs, thoughts, and opinions throughout the training session, while they learn new concepts.
Post training surveys 2 - 3 months after the initial training are also available to measure real world application and sustainability of new learnings.
